It hit me. Just now. That’s she’s leaving. And it will be my last time to see her. She’s been good to me, to us. She’s very sweet, funny and kind. Generous in her own ways. A loving and a very gentle “mommy” to all of us.
I love how Ate Jemie showed her love through her portion in the surprise video Raphie and Jino and the rest of the gang made for her and honestly, it made me tear up. It was from the bottom of her heart and you know she will definitely miss our mommy the most. But what I like about this picture is that you learn to let go every once in a while. You learn to move on. You learn to grow. You learn to accept and understand. You learn to be strong, selfless. And you learn to love more.
Mommy Joh, I will always miss you. The nerdy moments we shared, your OC-ness, your knowledge and experiences, your courage which I admire the most, and the learnings I get every time we’re together - I will always remember them. May you create more memories and stories to share with me, with us the next time we meet. I love you!
